“We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship.”

Adult Therapy for Stress, Burnout, and Nervous System Regulation

Are you feeling stuck in familiar patterns in your relationships, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from yourself or others? Adulthood brings unique and often complex challenges—balancing relationships, work, family, identity, and personal well-being. Sometimes it can be hard to understand why we react the way we do or how to create lasting change. In my practice, I work collaboratively with adults to increase self-understanding, heal relational wounds, and develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.

My approach is attachment-based and informed by interpersonal neurobiology, recognizing that our nervous systems and early relationships shape how we experience emotions, stress, and connection. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent adults, offering affirming, flexible care that honors different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing the world.

I support adults with concerns such as:

  • Navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or burnout

  • Healing from relational trauma, attachment wounds, or difficult family dynamics

  • Emotional regulation, boundaries, and communication challenges

  • Neurodivergent experiences including ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, sensory processing differences, masking, self-advocacy and burnout

I provide individual therapy for adults tailored to your specific goals, needs, and nervous system patterns. Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and build insight while also practicing concrete skills that support daily life. My work integrates evidence-based approaches that honor the connection between mind, body, emotions, and relationships.
