When Life Feels Overwhelming

Sometimes you're managing everything on the outside but feeling anxious, exhausted, or overwhelmed on the inside. Between work, relationships, family responsibilities, and everyday life, it can be hard to find space for yourself.

You might notice familiar patterns showing up in your relationships, find yourself constantly on edge, or feel disconnected from yourself and the people around you. Sometimes stress and difficult experiences affect us in ways we don't fully understand, emotionally and physically.

Therapy offers a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin to understand how your emotions, relationships, and nervous system are connected.

My approach is rooted in understanding how our experiences, relationships, and individual ways of processing the world shape how we feel and connect with others. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, or familiar relationship patterns, we'll work together to better understand what's happening and what you need.

I draw from attachment-based and emotion-focused approaches, combining emotional exploration with practical ways to manage overwhelming feelings, cope with stress, communicate your needs, and navigate relationships. Our work is collaborative and tailored to you, with room to better understand yourself while developing skills that make everyday life feel more manageable.
